How to sync information between your BlackBerry and your computer using Desktop Manager

To sync information between your BlackBerry smartphone and your computer, complete these steps:

1. Connect your BlackBerry to your computer with a USB cable and launch BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
2. Click “Synchronize” on the main menu. (The first time you synchronize your device you’ll be prompted to configure your synchronization settings.)
3. Click OK.
4. Choose the applications that you want to synchronize, and select the application on the computer that you would like to synchronize with, such as Microsoft Outlook.
5. Click Next.
