• Log-in
• Options>Config>Advanced config
• Enter Licence Key that you get HERE
• Sip Server : reg.tivi.lv change to sip.smartvoip.com
• Option>Config
• My login name : yoursmartvoipusername (not tiviphone username)
• My password : yoursmartvoippassword (not tiviphone password)
• Hit "OK"
• Then now you are using SmartVoip to call for FREE or cheap rate via TiviPhone with video streaming (web cam) using front/back side camera of your mobile !

Basically SIP setting to use SmartVoip on FRING is same like SmartVoip SIP Setting on NIMBUZZ.
Because SmartVoip is not listed at Fring SIP, so just select Other (SIP)

Subscribe with following setting:
User-ID : yoursmartvoipusername@smartvoip.com
Password : yoursmartvoippassword
Proxy address : sip.smartvoip.com

To make a call, dial/select any number from your contact then select Options>Call>SIP call
If you are on wifi connection, you can put your phone in Offline or by removing simcard and make a call by SIP call...
Call to PC or to Mobile with Fring and Smartvoip SIP setting for FREE or to ordinary landline or mobile numbers by low rate.

SIP setting to get Smartvoip works on NIMBUZZ to make SIP calling :

1. Get free account and sign In at Smartvoip
2. Download Nimbuzz and install on your phone
3. Get Nimbuzz free account and sign-in via mobile.
4. Options>Settings>SIP Providers>Other
5. username : yourusername@smartvoip.com
6. password : yoursmartvoippassword
7. proxy server : sip.smartvoip.com
8. Hit "SAVE"
9. Options>Settings>VOIP Provider Setting
10. VOIP Provider : choose "SIP"
11. Hit "OK"
12. Then Now you can make "call (SIP)" via NIMBUZZ
